Located in the historic Oaks neighborhood of Silverlake, this full remodel/addition was originally built in 1938. 3500-sqft remodel with a 1000-sq ft addition was handled with great care to be sure to embrace the unique qualities of this historical home yet reconfiguring and modernizing the interiors. Existing attic was transformed into a new master bedroom suite. Many of the original door knobs, light fixtures, windows and sinks were refurbished and reused in the house.
